As a Movement Psychotherapist with twenty years of experience in well-being and the Somatic Psychotherapy field. I have worked within the NHS, Bath and North East Somerset Council, voluntary sector, education and the community.
I am an experienced Body orientated Psychotherapist. I trained to a master’s degree level, graduating from Canterbury Christ Church University along with movement, somatic, and embodiment I use a range of modalities. In 2012 I began working with mothers with post-natal depression after completing a two-year placement in an in-patient unit. I continued my practice within this field and eventually expanded my work with children with trauma and attachment issues.

I use a range of modalities including somatic tools, breath work, mindfulness, talking and non-verbal communication.
I offer one off, short term group workshops exploring tools to support skills in reflections, self-awareness and building positive and inluential relatioships.
